"Pretty happy with the selection"
I was in a bit of a compare-and-shop mood when I found DoNotAge, i was pleasantly surprised. They’ve got a solid range of products, not just one or two random supplements thrown together. It was nice being able to find NMN, collagen, spermidine, and other healthy ageing products all in one place without bouncing around a bunch of different websites. Some of the pages have a lot of info, which felt slightly overwhelming when I wasn’t in the mood to read loads, but overall it’s easy enough to use. Good selection, and it feels like they’re still adding useful stuff.

"Codes only give 10% off"
Love DoNotAge but this website is misleading. It's advertising codes as 50% off when in reality they only give a discount of 10% off. I reached out to DoNotAge customer support and they confirmed that they don't have codes higher than 10%. Dear worth the penny team, please do better and stop misleading people.

I ordered from donotage and had a question about my delivery, but the support experience was a bit frustrating. They did reply, but it felt like mostly copy-paste answers that didn’t really address what I was asking. I had to explain the same thing twice and still ended up waiting longer than expected. Come on now, if someone has a delivery issue, at least take a proper look into it. The products might be totally fine, but the customer service side wasn’t great for me.

"No side effects for me"
I tried a supplement from donotage.org for a little while, side effects just weren’t a problem for me. I’m usually biased toward being cautious with anything new because my stomach can be picky, but this was totally fine in my case. The order arrived without any hassle, and overall I’m happy with the experience. I’d use them again.

I like the educational stuff on donotage overall. It explains aging and supplements in a simple way, so I wasn’t totally lost reading through it. I did learn a lot, but it still took more effort than I expected to click around and piece everything together. Good resource, just not exactly effortless.

I reached out to DoNotAge with a question and, to be fair, they did eventually get back to me. But it took a couple of days and I had to follow up once, which was a bit disappointing. The answer they gave was useful when it finally came through, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience overall. I just expected the customer service to be a little quicker.
